Promptly report any changes in resident’s physical condition and/or behavior to Health Services Director or Health Services Coordinator, • Accurately maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations, • Properly store medications and equipment and keeps the medication room clean and orderly, • Ensures prescription label and storage procedures meet state standard, • Properly follow shift-change procedures and documentation, • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating, • Support residents with memory loss by using patience, empathy, and specialized communication techniques, • Encourage and/or remind residents to participate in activities.
