Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered up with a great organization in the Westbury, NY area. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Admin Coordinator to provide administrative and accounting support in a fast-paced office environment. This role works closely with the finance team under moderate supervision and supports daily, monthly, and quarterly accounts payable functions. Key Responsibilities • Scan accounts payable and receivable documents and electronically file records on the company's shared drive., • Navigate multiple online vendor portals for invoice submission, payment processing, and account management., • Perform data entry and payment application for non-inventory invoices, owner distributions, rents, and utilities using accounting software., • Collect and organize supporting documentation for company credit card expenses to assist with monthly reconciliations., • Set up new vendors in the accounting system in accordance with company policies and procedures., • Complete weekly and monthly vendor reconciliations, as assigned., • Assist with weekly inventory supplier payments, bank wires, and electronic filing of payment confirmations., • Support end-of-month and end-of-quarter procedures to ensure vendor accounts remain current., • Assist with daily bank account activity, including processing remote bank deposits., • Order, track, and maintain office supplies within an established monthly budget., • Maintain delegated email accounts and respond to inquiries as needed., • Work overtime as required to meet business needs., • Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel., • Working knowledge of ERP systems, accounting software, and electronic filing systems., • Experience with bookkeeping and recordkeeping, including invoice processing and transaction recording., • Strong understanding of general office procedures, including supply ordering and administrative support., • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills., • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team., • Ability to function well in a high-pressure and deadline-driven environment.Work Environment, • Fast-paced, team-oriented office environment, • Overtime may be required based on business needsAPPLY TODAY to this Excellent Career Opportunity!
