The Impact You Will Make The Director, Preconstruction Sales Execution is responsible for driving consistent execution of Everstory’s mausoleum preconstruction sales process through field training, coaching, compliance, and accountability. This role does not carry an individual sales quota but is directly responsible for improving performance by ensuring field counselors consistently integrate preconstruction into park tours, properly utilize sales tools, and follow standardized prospecting and follow-up behaviors. This role serves as the enterprise subject-matter leader for preconstruction sales readiness, training, and field adoption, ensuring Everstory locations achieve monthly preconstruction revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can achieve goals through tactical execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead execution and compliance of Everstory’s mausoleum preconstruction sales process across assigned markets; creating best practices that can be standardized to scale., • Train and coach field counselors on required preconstruction behaviors, presentation skills, and sales cadence; provide objection handling and closing strategy reinforcement, • Conduct ride-alongs, observations, and structured performance coaching sessions., • Ensure every counselor includes preconstruction options in every park tour and every family interaction., • Drive adoption of sales tools including CRM usage, scripts, brochures, renderings, financing tools, and follow-up sequences., • Develop and maintain standardized training materials, playbooks, talk tracks, and objection-handling guides., • Monitor pipeline and activity KPIs (appointments, tours, follow-up cadence, conversion rates)., • Partner with Regional Sales Excellence Directors and market leadership to reinforce standards and close performance gaps., • Ensure each park is “sales ready” prior to and during preconstruction launch (signage, tour routes, merchandising, collateral)., • Customer Focus – dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Creates focus.Requirements:, • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Learning and Development or related field., • At least three (3) years of experience in sales training and adult learning facilitation., • Strong communication and presentation skills coupled with leadership presence; is able to build credibility with sales counselors., • A high sense of urgency, strong follow-through and consistency of action and behavior., • The ability to influence without authority and hold people accountable to performance standards., • Expert knowledge of preconstruction products and processes as well as CRM disciplines and sales tool adoption. They include skill set, experience and training, licensure and certification, and other business and organizational needs. This range estimate has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
