Texoma Holdings manages a growing real estate portfolio including rental properties, short-term rentals (Airbnb), acquisitions, and remodel projects. This is a high-trust, high-impact role directly supporting the Owner/CEO across construction operations, private holdings, and real estate investment initiatives. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual (Spanish–English) Executive Coordinator / Chief of Staff to serve as the operational backbone to the Owner/CEO. This individual will manage executive logistics, real estate operations, vendor coordination, acquisitions, remodel oversight, investor communications, and cross-functional execution across the Mezquite platform. Over time, this role is designed to evolve into a Chief of Staff capacity with expanded responsibility in strategic execution, initiative management, and executive communications. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands discretion and diplomacy, and brings construction awareness with operational discipline. Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable): • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak fluently), • Construction knowledge required (GC, hospitality renovation, remodel coordination), • High level of confidentiality and discretion, • Exceptional organizational rigor and maturity, • Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Preferred Experience: • Real estate operations or rental portfolio management, • Short-term rental management (Airbnb coordination, guest issues, vendor turnover), • Acquisition and remodel project coordination, • Investor relations or transactional operations exposure, • Experience with AppFolio or similar property management platforms, • Experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or Owner directly Nice to Have: * Prior real estate knowledge or exposure to property management, acquisitions, leasing, or investment portfolios Core Responsibilities: • Manage CEO scheduling, logistics, communications, and follow-through across all Mezquite verticals, • Oversee Texoma Holdings rental and Airbnb portfolio operations (bookings, vendors, guest coordination, disputes, turnover logistics), • Coordinate new acquisitions, remodel projects, inspections, and timelines, • Interface with contractors, subcontractors, lenders, agents, inspectors, and vendors, • Track budgets, expenses, proposals, quotes, and timelines, • Prepare meeting agendas, executive briefs, investor decks, comps, and summaries, • Represent the Owner professionally with lenders, investors, and trade partners, • Maintain strict confidentiality across all business and personal matters, • Drive accountability and execution on strategic initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile: • Operationally strong and detail-driven, • Comfortable in construction and real estate environments, • Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through, • Polished communicator capable of representing ownership, • Strategic thinker ready to grow into a Chief of Staff role Alternate Titles: • Executive Assistant to Owner, • Chief of Staff (Construction & Real Estate), • Real Estate Operations Manager, • Bilingual Executive Administrator, • Director of Executive Operations, • Construction Executive Coordinator Keywords for Job Boards: Bilingual Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff Construction, Real Estate Operations Manager, Airbnb Portfolio Management, GC Project Coordination, Hospitality Construction Support, Executive Operations, Investor Relations Support, Rental Property Management, Acquisition Coordination, Vendor Management, Spanish English Executive Support EEOC Statement: We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
