Who You Are We're looking for a seasoned Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor with: • 4+ years of technical experience, • Leadership experience in a veterinary setting, • Strong emotional intelligence, organization, and people skills, • A love for pets and a genuine enjoyment of working with humans, • A fast-paced learning style and a go-getter attitude, • Charisma and the ability to build trust with clients and teammates, • Clear, confident communication in person and over the phone, • The ability to stay calm on hectic days, • A self-aware approach to burnout prevention, • Someone who stays curious, looks for ways to keep improving, and, • genuinely wants to grow in this field What Youll Do This role blends leadership with hands-on technician work.
