This role is ideal for a designer with strong foundational skills who wants hands-on experience, ownership of projects, and exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties and Responsibilities • Design and produce creative assets for digital and print channels, including apparel graphics, social media graphics, email visuals, signage, flyers, presentations, and internal materials, • Support apparel and product design initiatives, including concept development, mockups, and production-ready files, • Organize and maintain a structured digital asset library, ensuring files are properly labeled and archived, • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs and platforms, • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support campaigns, promotions, and initiatives, • Coordinate with print vendors or production partners to ensure accurate output and quality control., • Prepare, package, and deliver accurate files for print and digital production, • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Receive, interpret, and apply feedback efficiently to refine designs, • Contribute fresh ideas and participate in creative brainstorming to elevate brand presence, • 13 years of professional experience in graphic design, • Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, creativity, and versatility, • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required), • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Experience with apparel, merchandise, or product design, • Familiarity with Figma, • Experience designing social media and digital marketing campaigns, • Creativity and visual storytelling, • Brand awareness and consistency, • Time management and prioritization, • Adaptability and openness to feedback, • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
