Job Description Who We Are BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Required Qualifications • 2–4 years of design experience in luxury fashion, hospitality, automotive, tech, or a high-end creative or brand agency., • A portfolio demonstrating typographic precision, visual restraint, and a genuine luxury sensibility., • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma., • Strong web design capability — website builds, UI design, and digital asset production., • Demonstrated fluency with AI design tools, with examples of how you've used them to work faster and better., • Ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working alongside or within creative agencies — fluent in briefing, feedback cycles, and production workflows., • A track record of introducing new AI or design workflows that raised a team's speed or quality., • Interest in pushing into animated, interactive, or experiential brand formats. Compensation Base pay of $80,000–$87,000 per year, plus bonus. Why BOND We're building a next-generation aviation company, and we invest in the people making it happen.
