Purpose The Construction Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction and facility expansion projects within a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. The ideal candidate has experience managing industrial construction projects in highly technical environments such as advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, robotics, semiconductor, or similar precision-driven industries. The Role Project Coordination & Execution • Coordinate all phases of construction projects including facility expansions, production line installations, clean room builds, utilities upgrades, and infrastructure improvements., • Act as the primary liaison between contractors, engineering teams, facilities, operations, and external vendors., • Support project planning including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement., • Track project milestones and proactively identify risks to schedule or budget., • Assist in contractor selection and bid evaluation., • Coordinate onsite contractor activities to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations., • Ensure contractors adhere to safety standards, quality expectations, and site protocols., • Enforce OSHA, environmental, and company-specific safety standards., • Ensure compliance with building codes, fire protection standards, and local/state regulations., • Coordinate inspections, permits, and approvals with authorities having jurisdiction., • Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Facilities, EHS, and Operations teams to ensure construction aligns with production requirements., • Support installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment and systems., • Track project expenditures and assist in cost forecasting., • Review invoices and validate work completion prior to payment approval., • Provide regular status updates to leadership including risks, timeline updates, and financial summaries.Basic Qualifications, • Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls, • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)., • Proven experience coordinating and managing multiple and complex construction projects in industrial or manufacturing environments., • Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, compressed air, water systems, and industrial utilities., • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction safety practices., • Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications., • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).Preferred Qualifications, • Experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, EV, robotics, semiconductor, or automated production environments., • Knowledge of cleanroom or controlled-environment construction., • PMP certification or equivalent project management training., • Experience working in fast-growth or scaling manufacturing operations.Work Environment, • Primarily onsite in an active manufacturing environment, • Frequent interaction with contractors and operations teams, • May require occasional extended or weekend hours to support project milestones, • Performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery, • Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling of precision tools and materials, • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. independently and 50 lbs. with assistance, • May involve crouching, climbing, confined spaces, or work at heights, • PPE (including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, respirators as needed) and company uniform are required Pay Range$95,000—$115,000 USD What We Offer: • Holistic Compensation Package: Enjoy a world-class compensation package that includes a competitive salary, equity plan, and discretionary results-based incentive bonus opportunities, ensuring you're truly valued for your contributions., • Wellness and Time Off: Embrace a healthy lifestyle with paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays, including a year-end shutdown to recharge.
