Job Overview: As a member of the SE (Strategic Execution (SE) team, you will work in a highly collaborative fashion with a large cross-section of stakeholders, partners, and other SE leaders and colleagues. You will become a trusted advisor to the SE leadership team and business partners across Operations. Reporting to a portfolio director, you will manage and deliver strategic initiatives. These complex initiatives usually span business areas and stakeholders not only across Operations, but also across the bank. As part of a team of SE practitioners, you will: • Help execute initiatives in support of Operations' strategy., • Lead each initiative through ideation, scoping, funding (CapEx and OpEx), execution, and benefit delivery., • Design, execute, and deliver on one or more initiatives concurrently., • Utilize and propagate the SE standards for developing deliverables, managing projects, reporting progress , and managing risks and issues ., • Create relevant reporting to fulfill stakeholder needs., • Provide governance across the initiatives., • Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and key business partners., • Support the financial management of the initiatives., • Contribute thought leadership to the broader SE team on the industry, banking, financials, strong consulting practices, analytics, etc., • Support shaping the vision, brand, strategy, and execution of the SE function itself. Qualifications (Required): • 7+ years of progressive experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide transformative initiatives, preferably with leading financial services institutions or consulting firms (e.g., Big Four, top-tier management)., • Experience with managing strategic and operational transformations., • Master's degree or equivalent work experience., • Ability to operate in a demanding high-expectations and standards environment., • Problem solver with an ownership mindset, instead of a facilitator., • Exceptional strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and storyboarding skills., • Ability to influence without authority., • High degree of comfort with ambiguity., • Detail-orientation with excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to change., • Positive, consultative approach to clients and team members., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills., • Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint., • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% Benefits Disclosure: Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
