Job DescriptionDescription: Position Summary The Private Mortgage Banker is a key member of the Private Banking team, responsible for delivering specialized mortgage solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) as part of a comprehensive financial strategy. This role requires deep expertise in residential mortgage lending, particularly jumbo and portfolio products, and a strong understanding of the unique financial needs of affluent clients. The Private Mortgage Banker works closely with Private Bankers, Wealth Advisors, and internal partners to ensure mortgage offerings are seamlessly integrated into broader wealth management plans. The position demands a high level of discretion, relationship management skills, and technical knowledge across credit, underwriting, and compliance. Candidates should bring prior experience in private banking or high-end mortgage origination, along with an established network of clients who expect personalized, high-touch service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary mortgage advisor for high-net-worth clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and personalized service., • Originate residential mortgage loans, including jumbo and portfolio products, tailored to the unique needs of affluent clients., • Provide strategic mortgage advice aligned with clients’ investment, estate, and tax planning goals., • Expand client base through referrals, networking, and community engagement., • Leverage existing relationships and internal partnerships to identify new mortgage opportunities., • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, mortgage processing, compliance) to deliver seamless mortgage experiences., • Stay informed on financial markets, interest rate trends, and mortgage industry developments., • Client Focus: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and customized solutions., • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess complex financial scenarios and recommend strategic mortgage options., • Communication: Clear and confident in presenting financial concepts to clients., • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying opportunities and resolving client challenges. Job DescriptionDescription: Position Description: The position of Small Business Banker is responsible for developing and maintaining a high quality loan portfolio while supporting commercial lenders in their efforts to generate additional loan and deposit revenue for the bank. As primary liaison with small business clients, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining existing small business client relationships through a regular calling schedule, soliciting potential new loan and deposit accounts, identifying cash management opportunities, and providing support to the credit administration function. Key Accountabilities: • Develops and maintains high quality loan portfolio., • Maintains a weekly calling program with current small business clients to solidify business relationships as well as identify loan and/or deposit opportunities., • Identifies issues or obstacles in small business relationships and establishes plans to meet these issues or obstacles., • Solicits new small business clients for loans and/or deposit accounts., • Manages own pipeline while also assisting with the managers pipeline of work, including conducting loan closings with clients., • Maintains thorough understanding of deposit, cash management and electronic banking products and works in conjunction with Cash Management Officer in selling, opening and servicing these products., • Analyzes loan requests, prepares credit presentations, and makes recommendations to manager. Assures new loans are documented according to the terms approved in credit presentations.
