Job Description Server Responsibilities • Wine knowledge is a plus, • Suggestive selling, • Upscale or fine dining experience a plus, • Anticipating guests needs, • Delivering food to tables, • Creating a great customer experience, • Ability to listen and communicate effectively, • Able to multitask efficiently, • Strong organizational skills, • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages, • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks, • Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations, • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, • Plan and present bar menu, • Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age, • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience, • Comply with all food and beverage regulations, • Proven working experience as a bartender or server, • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, • Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus, • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean, • Control the front door, • Greet guests in a warm manner, • Must be able to multi task, • Can handle high stress situations, • Knowledge of all menu items, • Can memorize table numbers, • Can balance and carry heavy trays, • Must be quick in clearing dirty plates, • Resetting tables in a timely manner, • Able to multitask, • Can lift 30+ pounds Job Type: Full-time Salary: $5.55 to $15.00 /hour
