We currently have opportunities available on a monthly basis in your area. YOUR ROLE As a mystery shopper, you will have the unique opportunity to work as an independent contractor and make a difference in the industry. You will have the flexibility to select shops that interest you without any long-term commitments; simply choose shops that best fit your schedule by using your map to see stores that are available near you. Once you select a shop, you will be responsible for visiting that location while posing as an ordinary customer. During your visit, you will be asked to observe conditions at the store or location, evaluate customer service, and other factors such as cleanliness and appearance. After completing your assignment, you'll provide feedback about your visit by submitting an online report or survey.
