Job DescriptionDescription: Fenway Health is seeking a dynamic Psychotherapist to join our dedicated and multidisciplinary Behavioral Health team. We are seeking applicants with demonstrated experience providing culturally competent behavioral health care to a diverse adult population including LGBTQ individuals, people of color, individuals with substance use issues, survivors of abuse, survivors of community violence, medically complex and vulnerable individuals, young adults, and older adults. In keeping with Fenway Health's dedication to provide care for the whole person, behavioral health is a fundamental part of our integrated primary care model. We offer individual, group, couples, and family therapy; psychiatric consultation; addiction, recovery and wellness services; violence recovery counseling and advocacy. Our model of care is client-centered, collaborative, and multidisciplinary. As a full-time Psychotherapist, you will provide direct clinical services to clients that include diagnostic assessments, individual therapy as well as, couples therapy and group therapy. As part of your work, you will help clients address a range of personal issues and life events, including coming out, coping with self-esteem issues, seeking more satisfying relationships, living with HIV, addressing substance use or other addictive behaviors, coping with depression and anxiety, grieving the death of a loved one, coping with and recovering from violence, living with major mental illness. You will also acquire and hone clinical knowledge and skills in providing trans and gender-affirming care. We have expanded access to all our Behavioral Health services by offering both telehealth and office-based care, enabling us to reach more clients. Job DescriptionDescription: Under the general supervision of the Manager of Integrated Behavioral Health Services, the Behavioral Health Specialist with specialty in evaluating and treating substance use disorder (SUD) provides and coordinates support, harm-reduction strategies, counseling, advocacy and referrals to community resource services to patients of Fenway Health diagnosed with substance use disorder. This position collaborates across departments to provide staffing support for both the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program and clinical services at the Fenway Health syringe exchange program at the Cambridge location. This position is central in helping achieve compliance accountable Care organization (ACO) quality goals and measures. Job DescriptionDescriptionThe Intervention Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance to the local program staff of HS and/or EHS and all component staff related to the integration of the disabilities and mental health component throughout the programs they serve. The Intervention Support Specialist provides training, support and guidance to staff and parents on the mainstreaming and provision of services to children with disabilities and their families and the social/emotional wellbeing for children and families. The Intervention Support Specialist is responsible for promoting the mission of ABCD Head Start & Children’s Services; building an understanding of the program by communicating this mission to staff, families and the community. This position must comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, standards and policies, including those of the federal Administration for Children and Families (ACF), the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC), the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Massachusetts disability law (Chapter 766), Boston Family Engagement Network (BFEN) and ABCD, Inc. Head Start and Children’s Services policies and procedures. All ABCD Head Start/Early Head Start and Children’s Services personnel who are paid to care for, or work with, children are MANDATED BY LAW to report all suspected cases of child abuse and neglect to the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF), pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 119 §§ 51A – 51G. Minimum of 9 months experience providing care to or teaching children with special needs or disabilities also required. Intervention Support Specialist II: Master’s degree in Early Childhood, Special Education, Mental Health or related field, and a minimum of one course in special education required.
