Job DescriptionDescription: About Us: At Conservative Care Occupational Health (CCOH), we provide comprehensive occupational medicine and urgent-care services dedicated to keeping employees safe, healthy, and work-ready. We take pride in delivering exceptional, compassionate care through teamwork, professionalism, and excellence. We’re looking for a Lab/X-Ray Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our clinical team by performing diagnostic imaging, lab testing, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced occupational health environment. What You’ll Do • Perform digital X-rays and ensure images meet quality and diagnostic standards., • Conduct routine laboratory testing, including specimen collection, processing, and documentation., • Follow proper protocols for infection control, safety, and equipment maintenance., • Accurately record test results and input data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system., • Prepare examination rooms and assist medical staff with patient procedures as needed., • Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and radiation safety standards., • Maintain inventory of lab and imaging supplies, restocking as necessary., • Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Benefits & Perks • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance., • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays., • 401(k) retirement plan with company match., • No weekends or evening shifts – enjoy work/life balance., • Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company., • High school diploma or equivalent (required)., • Current Limited Scope X-Ray License and/or ARRT certification., • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally with patients, providers, and team members., • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment., • Ability to follow established safety and infection-control procedures., • Proficiency with computers and comfort learning electronic health record (EHR) software., • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism., • 1+ year of experience as a lab technician, medical assistant, or x-ray technologist in a clinical or occupational health setting., • Certification or experience in phlebotomy, specimen collection, or laboratory testing., • Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and radiation safety standards., • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medical terminology., • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required)., • Prior experience in a healthcare environment performing x-rays, lab testing, or patient care support.
