What You Will Do Dermalogica is seeking a strategic, Sephora-savvy Omnichannel Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across Sephora US, with an emphasis on creating connected consumer experiences that span digital, in-store, app, and sampling channels. This role will partner closely with internal cross-functional teams and Sephora’s merchant, marketing, and media teams to maximize brand visibility, elevate storytelling, and drive conversion across every shopper touchpoint. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience in omnichannel/digital marketing, retail strategy, or digital brand activation—preferably within the prestige beauty industry and with a deep understanding of Sephora’s platforms and priorities. Key Responsibilities Omnichannel Strategy & Integration • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Sephora.com, Sephora app, Beauty Insider CRM/email, sampling, and in-store environments., • Partner with Sephora’s marketing and merchant teams to secure campaign inclusion in tentpole moments (e.g. Beauty Insider Savings Events, Skincare Promotions, Accelerate program)., • Align messaging and asset delivery with internal Trade Marketing, Retail, and Creative teams to ensure consistent, cohesive storytelling across all channels., • Identify and activate new omnichannel levers such as Same-Day Delivery, BOPIS, and Auto-Replenishment to drive ease and loyalty among shoppers., • Own the Sephora marketing calendar, managing timelines, asset needs, and campaign briefing processes across internal and external teams., • Brief creative teams on asset needs for retailer dotcom, app, social, email, and in-store. Ensure asset delivery meets Sephora specs and campaign objectives., • Collaborate with the Education and PR teams to activate sampling, GWPs, and Deluxe Try Me programs, leveraging them to drive trial and discovery both online and in store., • Support all major launches and brand moments by optimizing PDP content, paid media, and SEO performance., • Performance Tracking & Competitive Monitoring, • Monitor and analyze campaign results across digital and in-store KPIs: sales, traffic, category rank, Beauty Insider engagement, and conversion., • Deliver post-campaign recaps with learnings and next steps for continued improvement., • Benchmark performance and identify whitespace by regularly analyzing competitive brand activity within Sephora’s ecosystem., • Partner with Sephora's visual and digital merchandising teams to maintain and elevate the brand boutique, ensuring brand DNA is reflected both online and in store., • Manage product set-ups and maintain accuracy of copy, pricing, visuals, and SEO tags across Sephora.com and app., • Own forecasting and logistics for no-cost items, sampling programs, and gift-with-purchase campaigns. Ideal Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred, • 3–5 years of experience in omnichannel or digital marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, or CPG, • Deep understanding of Sephora’s ecosystem—including Beauty Insider, CRM/email, and retail marketing, • Proven success activating marketing across retail media networks (RMNs), CRM, app, and in-store, • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to distill insights from sales data, campaign results, and consumer behavior, • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, • Strategic thinker who’s also detail-oriented and execution-focused, • Proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and reporting tools; working knowledge of creative specs and digital platforms, • Passionate about skincare, beauty innovation, and emerging retail technology The position is based at the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA, with hybrid on-site work guidelines. The expected annual base salary range for this position is $80K - $100K. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
