Job Description Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) Location: Bloomfield, NJ (In-home) Pay: $24 to $32 per hour Make a Difference in a Child's Life - One Session at a Time Flywheel Centers is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism in Bloomfield, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work meaningful afternoon and early evening hours while gaining valuable experience in the behavioral health field. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with a child in their home setting, implementing treatment plans created and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will help children develop life skills and improve behaviors that impact daily functioning.
