This role acts as the primary point of contact for field operations, mentoring site staff while interfacing directly with clients, consultants, city inspectors, and senior leadership. The Opportunity We are looking for a strong people manager and product operator who thrives in ambiguity, can scale teams and processes, and delivers high-impact outcomes. You will lead product managers, shape strategy, and work closely with executive leadership to build and grow new product lines that materially move the business forward. As an Assistant Manager, you will manage daily operations within the center, leading your staff to exemplify K1 to the fullest. The Manager holds their Salaried and Hourly Staff accountable, coaching and developing them to be ready for the next level.
