Job Description Role Overview: This role is the ambassador for the organization's first point of contact for each visitor walking in. Key Responsibilities: • Dealership ambassador greets everyone walk in through the door., • Cashier will be accepting payments for parts/service worked performed at Volkswagen and Volvo., • Answering and directs phone calls., • Assist Service Advisors when needed., • Tracks Ups for the sales department., • Except all forms of payments for the sales department and writing receipts., • Communicate with advisor on any discrepancies in regard to payments., • Vehicle Stock-In (Volkswagen & Volvo), • EVR (Electronic Vehicle Registration), • Vehicle Payoffs, • Used Vehicle Police Book, • Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals., • All other duties assigned by GM. Experience Requirements: • No necessary experience will train candidates., • Computer and communication skills must be at an intermediate level., • Employees must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and excellent math skills., • Employee must be able to read, write, understand and speak English. Physical Demands: Employee must be able to sit for long periods of time. Use their hands to handle control or feel objects, tools, or controls. Repeat the same movements for 7 hours a day at minimum. Must be able to get in and out of vehicles and travel. Occasionally need to lift boxes up to 30 lbs. Occasional bending, walking, and mobility will be necessary.
