Job Description Senior IT Support Engineers are the last line of defense within the IT Support department. Responsibilities include responding to escalated tickets via phone or email and assisting Reactive Support Technicians with tickets they may have questions on but don’t require escalation. Job Description Summary: To conduct diversion problem solving conversations at assessments for individuals that have requested emergency shelter. Help people immediately identify alternative housing arrangements while coordinating referrals to community resources and assisting with access to financial assistance for those who qualify.
