Job Summary: As an Equipment Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning all production lines, pumping equipment, and the facility. Your primary focus will be cleaning pumping equipment while strictly following SOPs. A new process is being implemented which you will have a unique opportunity to learn first and help implement and create new SOPs. Attention to detail and technical skills are essential for this role. There may be future opportunity to learn how to operate a production line and assist with basic warehouse tasks. Requirements: ● The job requires the ability to lift up to thirty pounds without assistance. ● You should be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. ● Climbing tall equipment to replace parts is a frequent task, so it is essential to do so safely. ● You will be working in a loud production floor environment, and proper hearing protection is mandatory. ● You must have a keen eye for detail to continuously inspect and focus on small details. ● Inspect 100% of parts and equipment cleaned before handoff to be reassembled. ● Keep the workstation clean and organized, properly arranging tool trays, tables, and supplies. ● Keep the work station stocked with necessary supplies. ● Clean the production lines at required times following work instructions to prevent downtime, interruptions, and defective packages ● Clean pumps following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pump cleaning at designated cleaning stations. ● Accurately complete all quality control paperwork, following instructions and performing necessary checks. ● Report any issues with paperwork to the quality control team promptly. ● Assist with basic warehouse tasks to keep production moving, such as supplying production lines with raw materials ● By diligently executing these responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the production process and ensure the delivery of high-quality goods to customers. *Please note that this job description is subject to change as needed based on the evolving requirements of the role and the production environment.
