Job Description We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk with strong computer skills to join our team. This position supports daily front office and administrative operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, accurate data entry, and efficient office coordination, while providing professional customer service and supporting internal departments. • Pay range: $20-$20, • Schedule: 7am - 7:30pm, • Monday - Friday (saturday overtime when needed), • Location: Modesto, CAEssential Duties and Responsibilities, • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner, • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees, • Data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems, • Create, update, and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, • Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Outlook, • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing office documents (digital and physical), • Support basic accounts receivable/payable clerical tasks as needed, • Coordinate office supplies and reorder when necessary, • Communicate with internal departments to support daily operations, • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information, • Perform other administrative duties as assigned Physical Requirements, • Prolonged sitting and computer use, • Repetitive hand and finger movement for typing and data entry, • Ability to work in an office environment Required Skills & Qualifications, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), • Strong data entry and typing skills with attention to detail, • Good verbal and written communication skills, • Prior office or clerical experience preferred, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus#ZRCompany DescriptionOur goal at Empire Workforce Solutions is to enrich people’s lives by connecting them with meaningful employment.
