Job Description Job Summary: This position is responsible for performing quality routine preventive maintenance service work on power generation, switchgear, and uninterrupted power source (UPS) systems in order to satisfy customer needs. This position is also responsible for completing all necessary forms and documentation associated with Customer Service Agreements (CSA) in an accurate and timely manner.
