Job Description Overview POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Assistant Casino Operations Manager, is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for building relationships with players and acts as a mentor to team members to build their player development skills. Manages staff and resources, related to Table Game Operations, on an assigned shift ensuring compliance with established regulations. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position) • Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Rockford their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service., • Directly supervises dealer responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and procedures., • Develop Table Games team members to provide superior service to our guests., • Responsibilities include training team members, planning, assigning, and directing work., • Interviews and makes hiring decisions to fill open positions., • Appraising performance, rewards, and disciplining team members., • Addressing complaints and resolving problems., • Rating and tracking guests play., • Assist guests in obtaining a marker., • Pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations., • Hard Rock operations., • Policies and procedures as well as knowledge of and ability to identify various cheating techniques. ABILITY TO: • Interpret and explain policies and procedures., • Observe and direct actions of subordinates/trainees., • Calculate figures and create and manipulate spreadsheets to produce reports., • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public., • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations., • Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed. Qualifications EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis) High School Diploma required. Three years table games experience required. Two years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above is preferred. Must be knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.): • Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Board., • Must successfully pass background check., • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age., • Prior experience in the Gaming industry strongly preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to Company sales processes in an ethical, compliant manner., • Retain and grow current accounts as well as acquire profitable new business, • Utilize cold calling other prospecting techniques to identify and obtain new clients, • Attend national and regional trade shows, conventions, and meetings to increase Company’s presence and name recognition through networking with industry professionals, • Provide value to all customer interactions and ensure client needs are exceeded in all areas (Client Services, Laboratory, Billing, Reporting, etc.), • Create and implement sales and marketing plans to increase Company’s share of the compliance testing market that align with company focus and Area Sales Manager direction., • Continuously learn about new services and improve selling skills Stay well informed about current industry trends and be able to effectively discuss the drug-testing industry, • Prepare written presentations, reports and proposals, • Sell additional services into existing clients as well as prospect and close on new clients, • Develop positive relationships with other Company team members and departments, • Effectively communicate with Company leadership, • Travel on a daily basis with overnight travel up to 50% of the time, • Indirectly provide supervision to others through motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks, • Indirectly supervise work through the planning and scheduling of work, and the review and approval of tasks, • Indirectly Supervise team members in their work assignments and performance development, • Indirectly supervise/manage/direct in the selection, training, development, and appraisal of team, • Participate in development of client surveys and key performance indicators (KPI) for pain management, • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals, • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill, • Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety concerns to supervisor Bachelor’s degree, minimum of two (2) years of sales experience is required; candidates with a high school diploma and a minimum of five (5) years of documented, successful sales experience will be considered • Experience in pain management, healthcare, or medical device industries is preferred, • Must be able to travel within assigned geography, • Valid driver’s license required (must meet insurability requirements), • Excellent oral, written, telephone and presentation skills, • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and staff, • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; experience using a CRM to record and manage sales activity is desirable, • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize sales and administrative tasks, • Knowledge of managed care landscape
