Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Site-Based Programs, the WIE Program Specialist will provide support to BBBSLA's Women in Entertainment (WIE) Mentorship Program and related entertainment industry focused programs. The Specialist will maintain a caseload of site-based youth mentoring matches. The Specialist will (1) assist in the successful onboarding of student and volunteer participants in the program; (2) hold individual monthly support calls with students, volunteers and parents/guardians; (3) coordinate and organize transportation for students for their in-person match sessions; (4) attend WIE events and activities; and (5) support scholarship coordination and distribution to WIE alumnae.
