Job Description Summary The Legal Assistant to the VP of Legal Affairs provides high-level administrative and paralegal support to the Legal Affairs Department. This position is responsible for managing legal documentation, coordinating workflows, maintaining compliance records, supporting contract administration, and assisting with corporate governance and legal research. The Legal Assistant serves as a key liaison between the Legal Department and internal departments, external counsel, and regulatory agencies.
