We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Concierge Travel Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about global travel, thrives on learning and refining internal processes, and is committed to delivering exceptional, white-glove service to a luxury clientele. Prior professional experience as a travel advisor is not required—we value curiosity, precision, and a dedication to excellence above all else. Primary Responsibilities: • Learn, master, and consistently execute our internal systems, workflows, and booking processes with accuracy and efficiency, • Design and support custom, high-end travel experiences tailored to each client’s preferences and expectations, • Deliver proactive, concierge-level service before, during, and after travel, • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal team members, • Manage multiple trip components while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, • Follow established standards to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment, • Continuously refine skills and processes to improve client experience and operational excellence Desired skills and experience: • Strong interest in global travel, destinations, and cultures, • Genuine desire to provide white-glove service to luxury travelers, • Highly organized with the ability to follow systems and processes precisely, • Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Calm, solutions-oriented approach when handling changes or challenges, • Professional demeanor and high standards for client service, • Prior travel advisor experience not required, • Familiarity with international travel (personal or professional) strongly preferred, • Backgrounds in hospitality, luxury service, client experience, or operations are a plus, • Comfortable working with technology, CRMs, and detailed documentation The salary range for this role may be a reflection of factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we’re open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience.
