Location: Moline, Illinois A&P Mechanics • $30–$45/hr, depending on experience, • 1st and 2nd shift options, • Work across a variety of corporate aircraft platforms, • A&P license + tools required (time to gather tools is allowed), • 2 years’ experience required, corporate aviation experience preferred, but GA/CRJ/MRO backgrounds considered What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out • $5,000–$10,000 Sign On Bonus, • $5,000–$10,000 Relocation Bonus, • 4 weeks of hotel stay for direct hire employees (available the day before your start date), • Temperature controlled, clean hangar environment, • A growing operation with long term stability and career advancement About the Role We are seeking skilled and motivated Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics to join our growing team in a certified 145 repair station. You’ll play a vital role in testing, adjusting, and repairing airframe, engine, and component systems for Citation and Challenger aircraft. This is a hands-on opportunity to advance your career in a clean, safe, and professional environment with strong growth potential. Key Responsibilities • Perform inspections, servicing, and maintenance of aircraft and engine systems., • Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and professionally., • Record all work performed for compliance, training, and development purposes., • Order, track, and manage aircraft components and parts., • Troubleshoot, function test, and repair aircraft systems and components., • Prepare documentation in compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and OEM requirements., • Complete work orders with accurate discrepancies and corrective action statements., • Utilize technical data and follow verbal instructions to complete maintenance tasks., • Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations at all times.Essential Skills & Qualifications, • Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate aviation preferred but will consider GA, CRJ and alike, and previous MRO experience)., • Valid A&P License., • Proficiency in aircraft maintenance and repair.
