Job Description Associate Director, IT Project Management – Solid Biosciences Charlestown, MA Solid Biosciences is a precision genetic medicine company focused on advancing a portfolio of gene therapy candidates targeting rare neuromuscular and cardiac diseases, including Duchenne muscular dystrophy (Duchenne), Friedreich’s ataxia (FA), catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT), TNNT2-mediated dilated cardiomyopathy, BAG3-mediated dilated cardiomyopathy, and additional fatal, genetic cardiac diseases. The Associate Director, IT Project Management is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives across IT systems, infrastructure and operations, and enterprise business transformation efforts. This role plays a key part in the development and maturation of the IT Project Management Office (PMO) by applying disciplined delivery practices, improving execution consistency, and enabling portfolio‑level visibility.
