Position Overview The Market Leader is the store manager and owner of their location’s success. This role is responsible for driving sales, building community connections, leading and developing a high-performing team, and managing the full P&L (labor, surplus, discounts, and customer growth metrics like Google reviews). You’ll be the face of Fitlife Foods in your market, ensuring your store is both a place where customers feel supported on their wellness journey — and where your team feels equally supported to grow. A Day in the Life This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, Sunday–Thursday on-site role. Here’s what your week typically looks like: • On the Floor with Your Team: You’re side-by-side with your team, greeting customers, jumping in where needed, and coaching in the moment to build skills and confidence., • Customer Connection: You take time to understand the why behind each visit, building meaningful relationships that bring people back and grow loyalty., • Team Development: You guide your team with real-time feedback and support, creating a culture of accountability and growth., • Operational Excellence: You manage inventory, track sales and labor, and keep the store looking sharp and energized., • Community Engagement: About 5-10 hours each week, you’re outside the store — building partnerships, driving local awareness, and bringing new traffic into your storefront. Sales & Community Growth • Drive store sales by building strong community relationships and executing local marketing initiatives, • Proactively engage with customers, businesses, and partners to increase brand awareness and traffic, • Track and improve key growth drivers including Google reviews, ticket averages, and lapsed customer calls, • Store Operations & Customer Experience, • Ensure your store reflects the Fitlife brand with a clean, energized, and professional atmosphere, • Oversee merchandising, inventory, and in-store customer service, • Hire, schedule, train, and develop a team of 5–7 employees, • Create a performance-driven culture built on accountability, feedback, and growth, • Fully own your store’s P&L — including labor, surplus, discounts, and expenses, • Analyze sales and KPI data to guide decisions and drive results, • Act as the direct link between your store and senior leadership, • Share insights, challenges, and solutions regularly, • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, • 2–3+ years in retail, hospitality, or fitness management with full P&L ownership, • Proven success leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment, • Strong sales mindset and customer-first approach, • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence, • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others grow As a Market Leader at Fitlife Foods, you won’t just run a store — you’ll own it.
