Job DescriptionSalary: $90K-$135K Job Summary Provide project management/eld support services. Including, but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, tracking, procurement, document control, quality, and managing multiple projects. Essential Functions • Read project contract and standard or special provisions as well as all project documents and client/customer requirements. Enforce the terms of the, • Approve construction master schedule, project budget, subcontract agreements, and monthly pay applications for work completed., • Attend progress meetings with owner/client and internal meetings to monitor the progress of work based on the construction schedule and address any issues/questions as they arise., • Control eld costs, schedule, and quality to ensure project objectives are being, • Complete project forecasts, cost to complete, anticipated prot, and close out documentation., • Assist with the preparation/development of the Statement of Qualications (SOQ) through the development of the project specic approach., • Assist in the preparation/development of Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDM), to include Design- Build (DB), Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), and Job Order Contracting (JOC)., • Assist in the preparation, review, and approval of Design Phase Services Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal/budgets., • Participate in the pre-construction services management activities through scoping meetings, pre-bid meetings, design review meetings, comment resolution meetings, as well as reviewing all project, • Assist in maintaining the ow of design documentation and pre-construction service, • Attend construction progress review meetings, • Report monthly the actual estimate of the project costs versus the original estimate. Leadership Qualities • Act as a company representative on all matters relating to disputes and grievances per company and project specic policies., • Be responsive to owner/client and management, • Adhere to decision-making procedures so decisions and conicts are handled at the lowest possible level., • Promote an atmosphere of team building with the owner/client and team, • Conduct yourself in an exemplary manner, setting a good example for all team members to, • Handle all problems/issues All problems/issues must be brought into the open and resolved as soon as possible., • Anticipate and minimize potential negative problems with eld activities, owner/employee attitudes, or other outside factors., • Promote and procure growth through Business, • Promote a site safety program to help maintain a safe site in compliance with company, client/customer and government requirements and regulations with the help of the Assistant Project Manager, General Superintendent, Superintendent, Foreman, and Safety., • Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers Requirements • Bachelors degree in construction management or engineering preferred, • 5+ years experience in dry utility project management, • Profitable project record, • Ability to manage multiple jobs at a time, • Attention to detail and high sense of urgency, • Experience scheduling, forecasting, and submittals, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, • Experience with B2W, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project, • Strong customer focus and the ability to establish/maintain relationships with team members, contractors, officials, vendors, and other outside contacts, • Team player, • Bilingual Spanish a plus Culture Index In addition to submitting your resume, please find 7-8 minutes to complete a simple 2 question survey as part of the overall interview process.
