Job Description We are a growing Beverly Hills personal injury law firm. We need a qualified bilingual Receptionist that can stay on top of tasks at all times and complete tasks in a quick and efficient manner. Personal injury experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. Job duties include (but are not limited to): • Answer phone calls, • Screen calls and transfer the call to the right individual, • Able to perform a brief intake on potential clients and cases, • Greet clients and potential clients that walk into the office, • Sort incoming mail - Send mail FedEx, UPS, • Filing away paperwork, • Receiving and sending faxes, • Scanning incoming mail, • Labeling electronic files, • Data Entry in our Legal Software (Abacus or Filevine), • Prepare Letters, Documents and Spreadsheets, • Keeping a clean work space, • Bachelor's Degree, • Bilingual (Spanish & English) a Must, • Provide clients great service, • Type 45 wpm or more, • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat), • Great work ethic, • Positive attitude, • Punctual, • Great phone voice, • Strong Organizational Skills, • Able to multitask, • Strong TEAM player, • Group plans for employee health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, • Life insurance coverage, • 401k options, including personal funding or investing opportunities, • Paid time off and holidays, • Employee Assistance Program, • Flexible spending account, • Exclusive discounts, • Monday through Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
