Qualifications & Requirements, • High school diploma or equivalent., • 1-2 years of proven experience in material logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment., • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data management and communication., • Ability to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including the ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds., • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on material flow., • Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous approach to detail for accurate record-keeping and inventory management., • Basic math skills for counting, calculating, and verifying quantities., • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and safety procedures. Preferred Qualifications, • Current Forklift Certification., • OSHA Safety Certification., • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)., • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies., • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting., • Knowledge of supply chain documentation and international shipping processes.
