Job Description Cagle Pugh is a full-service law firm built by native Texans for the express purpose of serving Texas community associations and businesses. We are looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk that is organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. This person must be a team player and be self-motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace. Responsibilities • Process all incoming payments, including cash, checks and credit card transactions, by entering into accounting software;, • Perform day to day functions to include verifying, posting and recording all accounts receivable data;, • Prepare bills, invoices and deposits;, • Maintain records of all incoming payments using accounting software;, • Verify all protocol is followed in regards to authorized deductions, write-offs, etc.;, • Support various administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective operation is maintained;, • Assist in billing processes including but not limited to invoicing, reminder notices and customer communications regarding billing questions;, • Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports involving detailed invoices and other accounts receivables;, • Maintain confidentiality at all times; and, • Assist with additional tasks as needed.
