Success in this role means engaging with clients at the Marian House and efficiently assisting with a wide range of issues and circumstances. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, facility working with homeless individuals and people living with mental illness, a commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices, and a willingness to grow through ongoing training and professional development.
