For more information visit Job Summary: The Audience Activation Platform (AAP) is CDP’s newest offering for mission-driven organizations, aiming to build a more perfect view of the entire donor. We gather insights everywhere, from real-world and virtual events to socials, volunteer, donation, and other activities. With this comprehensive, connected, and real-time data, organizations can glean novel insights about what truly drives donor behavior, and tailor activities accordingly. The Senior Product Manager (SPM) will lead and manage a small, cross-functional team, taking the AAP from 0-1 and beyond. This leader will define the vision, strategy and roadmap for AAP, align them with CDP’s mission and broader outcomes, and develop novel customer segments and use cases for the product suite. Accountable for P&L, including reporting to the executive team, board, and other stakeholders, the SPM will pioneer a new product area for CDP. More importantly, the SPM is at the forefront of our mission to sustain a thriving public media system, and our larger mission to better connect organizational missions to with those who can support them, everywhere. This role will be pivotal in the evolution of CDP, and in how non-profits engage with their audiences. How you’ll contribute: Product Management • Define the Vision & Strategy – Craft a vision for AAP that challenges, inspires and drives the team and organization. Design, a living, adaptive strategy to achieve that vision, aligned with our organizational strategies and organizational mission – to support the resiliency and of Public Media and other non-profits, • Go To Market - Collaborate with CDP's Member Service Bureau (MSB), Epiphany Product teams, Client Services and others to create GTM strategies designed to ensure product adoption. Develop clear messaging, pricing, and segmentation to maximize organizational outcomes for AAP., • Understand the Customer – Establish segments, persona, and metrics to deeply understand workflows, needs, pain points and decision-making process for current and future customers, users and stakeholders., • Roadmap – Articulate the tactical priorities that drive vision forward, including innovation and experimentation in addition to features, architecture, and other efforts. Balance current and long term customer delight alongside business and organizational objectives., • Drive Execution– lead the team to deliver on insights and capabilities to clients with predictability, quality, and delight., • Measures and KPIs – Define north star metric, KPIs, and success criteria. Measure product and team performance, and iterate based on usage, sentiment, and feedback. People & Team Leadership, • Coach and Develop Individuals and the Team – Support the career, skills, and capabilities growth of the individuals under their stewardship.
