Job Description About CHR Consolidated Human Resources is human resources, reimagined, with concierge level support. We help small to mid-size businesses stay compliant, move faster, and take better care of their people without building a bigger internal HR department. No call centers. No cookie cutter advice. Just responsive specialists and tailored solutions. Through both our ASO and PEO models, we bring the core functions that keep a workforce supported and a business protected under one umbrella: payroll and tax administration, human resources and compliance, benefits administration, risk and workforce support, and time and attendance. We are compliance forward and high touch by design. Our HR team is led by our General Counsel, who delivers best practice and compliance guidance that holds up under scrutiny, so client issues get addressed early instead of becoming emergencies. Clients know who to call, and they get answers built for their business. About the Role This position blends HR coordination with paralegal style work, and it is built for someone who is organized, detail driven, and genuinely interested in employment law. Keeping the team organized is central to the job. You will be the person who knows where every matter stands, what is due next, and what still needs a signature. If you enjoy turning a messy fact pattern into a clean, accurate document, and you like variety in your day, you will do well here. Please note that this position does not involve the practice of law. All work is performed in support of, and under the review of, CHR's General Counsel and HR leadership.
