Job Description On-Time Delivery Specialist 1st Shift Overview: We are seeking an On-Time Delivery Specialist to support manufacturing operations by quickly identifying and resolving issues that may impact production and customer delivery timelines. This role works cross-functionally with multiple departments to investigate production challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective countermeasures to prevent recurring issues. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and able to collaborate with teams across the organization to drive solutions that keep production running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Investigate and resolve production issues that could impact manufacturing schedules or customer delivery dates, • Perform root cause analysis on production and process-related problems, • Develop and implement corrective actions and countermeasures to prevent recurring issues, • Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to drive issue resolution, • Track, document, and report production issues and resolutions, • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders, • Maintain detailed documentation of issues, root causes, and corrective actions, • Ensure reliable and consistent attendance to support operational needs Qualifications: • Strong ability to work effectively across departments with individuals at different levels and functions, • Experience conducting root cause analysis and process problem resolution, • Strong technical writing and communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, • High level of initiative and ability to work independently, • Experience working in manufacturing or production environments, • Familiarity with continuous improvement or problem-solving methodologiesCompany DescriptionBranex Group is a Minority-owned Technical Staffing firm headquartered in Auburn Hills, MI.
