Position Summary We're is seeking a mission-aligned, people-first Patient (Client) Acquisition Specialist to support our client engagement efforts throughout Maricopa County. This is a full-time, in-person role that involves working on-site at criminal justice facilities and community-based locations, where you'll connect directly with potential clients and help them take the first step toward healing. You’ll serve as a key ambassador of Holon’s values—meeting individuals where they are, earning trust, and guiding them into care with clarity and compassion. This role requires someone who thrives on connection, believes in second chances, and is energized by mission-driven, boots-on-the-ground work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Engage directly with potential clients through one-on-one consultations, • Communicate the benefits and value of Holon’s services clearly and compassionately, • Build rapport with clients and help them understand how to access support, • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies tailored to our justice-involved population, • Represent Holon at on-site events and community outreach initiatives, • Utilize a mix of digital and traditional marketing tools (social media, print materials, etc.), • Set and meet enrollment goals and sales metrics, • Track engagement data and share insights to improve our outreach efforts, • Collaborate closely with Client Engagement and Care teams to ensure a smooth handoff and high-quality client experience, • Embrace and promote a culture of inclusion and belonging, • Other duties as assignedWho You Are, • A warm, approachable communicator who knows how to build trust, • Driven by results, but never at the expense of empathy or clarity, • Knowledgeable about (or curious to learn about) the justice system and the community it impacts, • Comfortable speaking about healthcare access in a way that feels human, not clinical, • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment, • Aligned with Holon’s values of equity, healing, and systems change, • Fluency in multiple languages is a strong plusRequirements:Education & Experience, • Degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field preferred, • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or justice-oriented outreach is ideal, • Proven success in sales, community outreach, or client acquisition roles, • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, • Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tracking tools, • Deep understanding of (or connection to) the populations we serve preferred, • Competitive base salary plus monthly incentive, • Unlimited PTO (we mean it), • Full suite of benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability, • 401(k) with company match, • Space for self-care, because you can’t pour from an empty cup, • Room to grow in a high-impact, mission-driven startup Ready to do work that matters—on a team that sees you?
