Job DescriptionExecutive Assistant to the CEO Full-Time | On-Site with Event Support | Live Entertainment & Sports Environment About the Role A client of LHH seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment spanning live entertainment, sports, and large-scale events. This role partners closely with the Chief of Staff and plays a key part in ensuring alignment across business operations, events, and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic setting, demonstrates exceptional judgment, and consistently anticipates needs before they arise. Key Responsibilities • Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, Chief of Staff, internal teams, ownership groups, vendors, partners, league officials, and media, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and reliability., • Manage complex and constantly shifting calendars, including games, practices, concerts, meetings, travel, and executive commitments., • Coordinate logistics for meetings and major events, including agendas, materials, hospitality, credentials, transportation, and post-event follow-up., • Provide on-site executive support during games, concerts, and special events to ensure seamless operations and communication., • Handle administrative duties such as expense reports, travel arrangements, document organization, and management of departmental resources., • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, vendor communication, and approvals, often with limited supervision., • Serve as a communication hub by screening calls, prioritizing messages, and responding with clarity, urgency, and professionalism., • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives, remaining adaptable as priorities shift in a live-event environment., • Contribute positively to a people-first, collaborative culture by partnering across teams and supporting fellow Executive Assistants as needed. What We're Looking For, • A team-oriented, people-first mindset with a strong commitment to supporting a positive, inclusive culture., • Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders in fast-paced environments such as sports, entertainment, hospitality, or similar industries., • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or high-profile information., • Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs without constant direction., • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with executives, partners, and external stakeholders., • Calm, solutions-focused demeanor under pressure, especially during live events or time-sensitive situations., • Commitment to continuous improvement and optimizing processes for enhanced executive efficiency., • Reliability, work ethic, and pride in contributing to a high-performing organization., • Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Zoom, Slack, and willingness to learn new tools quickly. Experience & Education Requirements Required, • Minimum of five years of progressive experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in a high-profile, fast-paced environment., • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment and discretion. Preferred, • Experience supporting multiple senior executives within a complex or matrixed organization., • Five or more years managing complex travel, calendars, and cross-functional logistics., • Experience in professional sports, arena operations, live entertainment, hospitality, or similar event-driven industries., • Ability to work non-traditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and event days. Work Environment & Expectations, • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and select holidays as business needs require., • Ability to move throughout an arena or venue for extended periods., • Occasional travel for professional development or event support., • Primarily indoor work with limited exposure to outdoor elements., • Must be able to communicate effectively by phone and in-person., • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
