small hand tools such as pliers, files, knives, and similar tools throughout the day to smooth, trim, and finish molded parts in a cleanroom environment., • Perform repetitive assembly and finishing tasks in the molding area while maintaining consistent quality and adherence to cleanroom standards., • Work in CEA assembly lines (1 through 6), each dedicated to specific medical components, sitting wrenches, and other hand tools with and without microscopes., • Cross-train across multiple CEA assembly lines and processes to build versatility and support various product lines in the cleanroom., • Once adequately trained, move into the laser welding area to operate laser welding machines and microscopes throughout the shift to weld and finish very small medical components., • Maintain very high attention to detail and fine hand dexterity while performing laser welding operations and visual inspections of welded components., • Alternate between sitting and standing in the laser welding area small metal parts and components used in implantable devices., • Load materials into presses and stamping machines, run the machines through required processes, and safely remove completed parts for inspection., • Inspect stamped and pressed parts for accuracy, quality, and completeness, deburring and filing down components to remove any excess material when needed., • Use microscopes as required (up to approximately 50% of the day in this area) to inspect and deburr small parts produced in the implantable housings department., • Work comfortably on your feet for up to 8 hours on some days and sit for more than half the day on others, adapting to the needs of the specific process and area., • Perform basic mechanical tasks in the implantable housings area while maintaining an entry-level focus on learning and following procedures., • Consistently work with microscopes in various departments to inspect, assemble, and verify small components, ensuring they meet strict quality standards., • Assemble parts about the size of a pen tip using small hand tools, microscopes, and specialized machines, maintaining precision and consistency., • Operate machines that assist with assembly and manufacturing processes, monitoring performance and making basic adjustments as needed under supervision., • Build medical components and parts according to written work instructions, travelers, and documented procedures, ensuring compliance with all guidelines., • Work in a cleanroom environment following gowning requirements and cleanliness protocols while handling sensitive medical components., • Follow written work instructions carefully, including step-by-step procedures and quality checks, to complete assemblies accurately and on schedule., • Participate in
