The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in residential/multi-family maintenance with working knowledge of HVAC systems as well as experience completing work orders and unit turns. In addition, this person must have a 2nd Class Boilers License. This role is contract to hire (90 days before conversion) or can go direct hire with the right candidate.
