Full Job Description: Holey Cream, an NYC staple in dessert and confections is a fun ice cream store and is seeking full time General Manager. We are looking for someone who is looking to move up and grow with our expanding company. We are currently opening our 3rd location and anticipate opening 5 more locations in the next 24 months. Must be able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends. We are a late night (2am) and weekend concept. Hands-on position, where Manager leads by example. Serve customers along with crew. Responsible for daily operations, i.e., staffing, food orders, baking, managing 6-8 employees, excellent corporate/health department inspections, weekly paperwork, setting and achieving operational goals, etc. Standing position. Must have excellent customer service skills. Fast paced environment requires ability to multi-task. Day shifts involve prepping the food for the day and also serving customers. Evening shifts are focused more on serving customers and cleaning tasks. Manager is available to answer calls and texts from crew. This requires fielding calls 24/7.
