Salary: $100,000 - $155,000 per year A bit about us: Project Managers are responsible for the full lifecycle of their projects, including bidding, negotiating, and overall project management. They work closely with key stakeholders such as company leadership, superintendents, project owners, architects, and engineers to ensure successful outcomes. Typically, a Project Manager oversees three to five projects simultaneously, with individual project values ranging from $1 million to $20 million. The annual portfolio expectation for this role is to manage a book of business totaling between $20 million and $35 million. We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager for our rapidly growing Construction company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial construction who is looking to apply their expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction management, specifically in government public buildings, schools, fire houses construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from strategic planning and budgeting to quality control and risk management. Develop comprehensive project plans, including risk assessments, timelines, and budget forecasts., 2. Manage all aspects of the construction process, from initial bidding and contract negotiation to site work and project close-out., 3. Perform detailed take-offs to determine project costs and develop competitive bids., 4. Oversee contract management, ensuring all terms and conditions are met to the satisfaction of all parties., 5. Track and manage RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation., 6. Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure the best deals and ensure project success., 7. Perform budget analysis regularly to monitor project costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities., 8. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation., 9. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to high quality standards., 10. Implement and maintain effective time management strategies across all projects. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field., 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the commercial construction industry., 3. Proven experience in risk management, time management, budgeting, contract management, and site work., 4. Experience with bidding and construction services, including performing take-offs and project close-outs., 5. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully negotiating with subcontractors and other stakeholders., 6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage complex projects effectively., 7. Proficient in project management software and tools., 8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform budget analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities., 9. Solid understanding of the commercial construction industry, including the latest trends, technologies, and best practices., 10.
