You will have deep experience in coffee, coffee-adjacent, or CPG sales and be a successful Territory Sales Representative. You are responsible for a go-to-market strategy in the On Premise/Cafe channel that will land new accounts, increase customer loyalty, improve account retention, build distribution growth, and improve company profitability. You will actively prospect and close new accounts while continuing to build relationships with existing customers, distributors, and partners across the channel. You will oversee the management and development of your expanded territory, not just the city or state you reside in. This role will cover the Northwest territory. This is a remote role but due to the requirements of the job the candidate must reside in either Seattle, Portland, or San Francisco Metro areas. • Serve as THE face of the Minor Figures brand in the assigned territory within the On Premise/Cafe channel ., • Meet all revenue and strategic business initiatives in your assigned territory., • Drive and manage sales and distribution throughout the territory., • Prospect and engage potential new partners for MF via a relationship-led approach, along with a keen understanding of the cafe and foodservice channels., • Conduct regular visits and develop strong relationships with existing operators and accounts to retain and grow the business., • Develop and nurture partnerships with local distributors, • Identify prospective customers and track opportunities within our CRM for your respective pipeline., • In conjunction with sales leadership and Sales Operations Analyst, lead efforts to properly forecast your respective business for both existing and new accounts., • In collaboration with Minor Figures' sales leadership team, onboard, train, and grow sales with new distributors., • Support sales and opportunities with marquee or strategic accounts as needed by regional sales managers/directors within your assigned territory., • Educate, sample, and support distributor representatives and teams, as well as cafe partners and operators alike., • Multi-task between several priorities, mapping out smart weekly routes to maximize daily field efforts., • Utilize Minor Figures tools to build an accurate territory pipeline and forecasts., • Participate in regular internal team calls, sharing best practices, feedback on competitors, and market insights., • Collaborate with leadership on individual or career development, and quarterly goals that are challenging yet attainable., • Represent Minor Figures in a professional and authentic manner, • Maintain a high level of expertise on the broader coffee, hospitality, and foodservice industry trends and happenings. As part of the Cafe channel, you'll be leading the Northwest Territory under Regional Sales Manager, Alix Walper. Our sales team is divided into three channels: On-Premise (for cafés and general restaurant use), National Foodservice (corporate dining contracts, large chain), and Off-Premise (for retail grocery stores). We are all coffee people and are very immersed in the coffee community nationwide, but we are equally as passionate about all of our customers and segments of business! Job Description June's is seeking a coffee professional as our front-of-house floor manager + head of coffee operations. This individual will facilitate daily service and lead our talented team of baristas/bartenders ✨ THE WHAT// Responsibilities include: Managing FOH staff including delegating tasks, running time (breaks + early dismissals), empowering shift leads, giving feedback, facilitating training with shift leads + hiring. Handling customer requests/complaints (escalating to owners as necessary) Cash management + Overseeing inventory of FOH goods (paper, coffee, tea, ready to drink options, alcohol) Creating, delegating + executing prep lists (syrups, overnight oats, etc.) Facilitating onsite events: partnering with Chef/Manager + Owners to ensure onsite events are successful + well-managed Delivery of service alongside the team (FOH focus - must have experience as a barista) Customer care - greeting + engaging with customers, placing food + drink orders, assisting with customer service requests and answering questions. Barista duties - preparing drinks from our espresso bar plus coffee, juices and alcoholic beverages. Cashier duties - placing orders via Square, managing an accurate cash box, issuing gift cards, overseeing merchandise area. Compliant with all required health department and safety certifications, including currently valid ServSafe Food Handler/Manager certification + Alcohol Handler certification. Experience using Square POS is a bonus! This position requires proficiency in daily restaurant operations including: staff training and performance standards, consistent menu execution, efficient use of products and resources, maintaining clean and safe work and public spaces, and other responsibilities as assigned.
