As part of this outpatient ortho/sports-focused setting, you will treat a diverse caseload including vestibular, concussion, orthopedic, sports, and general rehabilitation patients. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical condition, mobility, strength, and functional limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals. Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education. Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely. Maintain open communication with patients, families, colleagues, physicians, and third-party payors. Participate in team and center meetings as directed by management. Complete all required corporate and clinical training; ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and assist with clinic operations when needed. Qualifications Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program. Valid Illinois Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain). CPR certification. Solid clinical foundation in musculoskeletal and/or outpatient rehabilitation. Strong patient-care, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Experience: 1–2 years of outpatient orthopedic or sports rehab experience (new grads welcome). Manual therapy and therapeutic modalities experience. Familiarity with EMR systems. Ability to work with diverse patient populations. Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends.
