Job DescriptionReferral Bonus and Great Benefits Package Offered for Full-Time Employees! $250 Referral bonus The Position: The Behavior Technician will provide one-on-one applied behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults under the clinical supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Behavior Technician will follow individualized treatment plans to deliver quality therapeutic services. Responsibilities: • Complete daily acquisition skills, maintenance, and mastered skills as directed by BCBA, • Collect accurate data and complete daily notes and programming sheets, • Follow individualized behavior plans and treatment plans, • Complete all programing requests from BCBA, • Assist in providing a safe environment, • Attend weekly meetings and training as requested, • Other duties as assignedRequirements:, • Must be at least 18 years of age, • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma, • Must be able to obtain and maintain a CPR certification, • Must be able to pass background checks, TB test, and a drug test, • Must maintain RBT certification (if not yet RBT, must obtain certification then maintain), • Provide a resume or curriculum vita that includes at least three professional references, • Ability to handle the physical aspects of the job: lifting, bending, standing, crouching, twisting/turning, weight bearing, ability to lift 50 pounds, • Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities, • Effective interpersonal communications and the ability to work well with others as a team, • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, • Ability to keep accurate records and perform administrative tasks, • Time managementPreferred Skills:, • Bachelors degree in related field is highly preferred (ABA, Behavioral Health, Education, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Language Pathology, etc.), • Computer knowledge including Windows and Google applications, • At least two years of experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors, skill deficits, and/or learning deficits
