Job Description Job Summary The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the oversight of gym operations to ensure an exceptional Judgment Free member experience as well as a financially successful club. The Assistant Manager will be accountable for leading a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in employee training and development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing team consisting of Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians., • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensure team members follow superior customer service guidelines., • Team Management, • Schedule team members and ensure all shifts are covered., • Lead by example and maintain consistent accountability for direct reports by training and coaching, ensuring adherence to PFs values and goals., • Resolve team member issues or concerns., • Discuss team member disciplinary measures with General Manager/Area Manager, • Involved in all front desk related activities including:, • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions., • Check members into the system., • New member sign-up., • Take prospective members on tours., • Facilitate all member requests, issues and questions., • Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym., • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility including taking responsibility for largest section of cleaning daily., • Ensure safety of employees, members and club property., • Determine and communicate equipment repair in a timely manner., • Manage marketing efforts by ensuring the team is aware and trained on all marketing promotions., • Authorize expenditures and refunds. FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt, Salary Range: $70k - $150k annually plus commission POSITION SUMMARY: The successful candidate will have at least 5-10 years of recent and proven experience, strong knowledge in ingredients and functional sweetener business to business sales. Incumbent will develop new prospects and interact with existing and potential customers to increase Life Bridge sales in the Food Ingredients and Functional Sweeteners within the United States and North America. Our target customers are Finished-Product Manufacturers, Contract Manufacturers, and other Ingredient Distributors. The candidate will work with marketing, product development, research and development, and production to meet market demands. Please note that this is not a fully remote position, incumbent must live within a commutable distance from Ontario, California to attend weekly meetings. Incumbent will be expected to spend at least 50% of his/her time outside of the office prospecting new business or managing current accounts IMPORTANT: LBI expects the incumbent to come prepared with their own leads and/or a viable book of business. LBI will provide additional sales leads initially but will require the incumbent to also create their own leads and produce sales opportunities within the agreed acclamation period. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call and email on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
