Job Duties Essential Duties % of Time Job duties generally include, but are not limited to: • Responsibility for directing the following operational units – irrigation, lawn and maintenance, pest control program, and ground maintenance., • Ensures store performance meets requirements, sales goals are achieved and after-market goods are appropriately transported and stored., • Manages the Account Manager to ensure oversight of technicians and jobs are being handled properly., • Administering various HR processes, policies and requirements such as:, • Hiring, training and developing staff, which may include coaching and taking disciplinary action.
