Requirements * 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record of building consumer-facing products. * Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage tech environments where priorities shift quickly. * Proven ability to work through ambiguity and lead projects from inception to deployment. * Strong mentoring skills and a passion for growing junior engineering talent. * Full-stack development experience preferred, but strong backend or frontend leads are also encouraged to apply. * Based in Los Angeles or open to frequent collaboration with a team centered in LA.
