Title: Associate Manager, Marketing & Accounting Administration Location: Miami, FL Duration: 7 months (06/01/2026 – 01/29/2027) Pay Range: $25-$28/hr. on W2 Job Description: Provide day-to-day finance and project management support to Marketing and Label Operations teams. Work closely with Accounting and Finance teams on monthly financial close activities, budget tracking, vendor coordination, forecasting, and campaign reporting. Assist with quarterly forecasting and annual budget planning while maintaining forecasting and planning systems within SAP/ERP platforms. Support artist and marketing projects through financial analysis, project coordination, and operational administration. This role supports a fast-paced entertainment environment focused on marketing operations, artist campaigns, budgeting, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams. Job Functions: • Manage marketing project administration cycles, including budget tracking, project coordination, and operational support for artist and campaign initiatives., • Partner with Label Operations leadership to set up, streamline, and manage budgets for projects and campaigns., • Liaise with Finance and Accounting teams for monthly budget reservations, fund transfers, vendor setup, requisitions, PO approvals, invoice troubleshooting, and vendor relations., • Track marketing projects by artist, vendor, and expense type while monitoring budget allocations and resource distribution within SAP/ERP systems., • Assist with preparing and managing marketing budgets, financial reports, forecasting analyses, and investment tracking by campaign, vendor, and expense category., • Manage project timelines and coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, vendors, and suppliers to ensure deliverables and compliance requirements are met., • Support vendor payment processes, including vendor onboarding, documentation review, invoice processing, payment setup, and PO management., • Organize meetings, maintain project documentation, record meeting notes, and support operational workflows tied to marketing and accounting initiatives., • Create and manage timelines, one sheets, quote sheets, and additional project-related documentation., • Monitor project progress, provide updates to stakeholders, identify process improvements, and support ad hoc operational initiatives as needed. Skills/Abilities: • Strong Project Management and Computer skills: Excel, SAP/ERP systems, monday.com, PowerPoint., • Accounting, Finance, Administration, or Operations experience., • Extremely organized and process oriented., • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills within a high-volume environment., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners., • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously., • Experience within entertainment, media, music, or marketing environments is highly preferred.
